Your performance is vital to our success, so we’ll do everything we can to help you realise your potential.
Right from the start of your programme you’ll be assigned a mentor who is a senior employee in your area of interest. They’ll be there to offer advice and support whenever you feel you need it.
The graduate programmes themselves will vary depending on which one you choose, but all are split into two stages to reflect the pace of your development. Generally, they start with a two-year period, which is a mix of training courses and work placements. During this time you’ll develop brand new competencies and gain a thorough understanding of how our business works. Once this has been completed we’ll help you decide which direction you’d like your career to take, and we’ll design a personal supported development programme to help you get there.
We also fund a wide range of training courses, both internally and externally, and we’ll support you to take relevant associated professional qualifications.
