Does this mean anything to you? If so, find out how you can tackle the real challenges facing the energy industry.
Quantitative Risk Graduate Programme – starting September 2008
As a leading, integrated UK energy player with a portfolio of diverse, generation assets and over 6 million customer accounts, npower will provide you with superb opportunities within quantitative analysis. The UK energy market continues to provide new challenges such as increased price volatility and uncertainty over future energy security – challenges you’ll have the chance to tackle directly.
Join our Quantitative Risk Graduate Programme and you’ll be at the heart of our activities. With only six places on the scheme, it’s a far more personal and hands-on experience than many offered. One that also proves the chance to have a direct impact on the nation’s energy provision, both today and in the future. As a Quantitative Analyst at npower, the modelling challenges you’ll face are made even greater by having physical assets such as power stations and domestic customers.
During the 18-month programme, alongside more formal study, you’ll undertake a series of six-month placements across the breadth of our business. For example, you could find yourself working in our retail division, our generation function or our industry-leading renewables business.
