Our finance graduates are given demanding roles in busy teams – all of which add to real commercial power across the npower group. You’ll be fully supported (financially and professionally) to achieve a financial qualification like CIMA and also to build top-level financial analysis skills.
Your placements will cover an extremely broad scope. You could be appraising the economic value of building a new power station or managing the finances on multi-million pound investments. Especially as we look to invest in cleaner and greener power generation to ensure we deliver real value to our customer base.
Once you’ve completed the placements you can count on having built some great relationships throughout the organisation. You’ll experience financial, commercial and economic situations that give you the best grounding for a career with npower. And once you choose where you want to move on to, you could work within a strategic, transactional, commercial or analytical role managing very high levels of investment.
