



To apply, you’ll need to have a 2:1 degree or better in any subject and an enthusiastic and driven approach. You should be commercially aware, with good numeracy and analytical skills, as well as the ability to apply your financial expertise to the challenges of business in the real world.
You’ll have studied a broad range of subjects, from which you’ll have gained a diverse repertoire of knowledge. You’ll also have excellent team skills, including listening to team members and ackowledging and valuing their contributions. And you’ll know how to set personal goals, achieve them, and encourage others to do the same.
