To apply, you’ll need to have a 2:1 degree or better in any discipline, or a 2:2 with a post-grad qualification. You’ll also need to demonstrate strong commercial instincts and clear leadership potential, as well as good interpersonal skills and a real sense of team spirit.
This includes the ability to understand and fulfil team goals, as well as listening to team members and acknowledging and valuing their contributions.
It won’t be easy working in such a results driven environment, and as such you’ll need strong resilience and a flexible attitude. You’ll also need to have a diverse skills repertoire, gained from studying a broad range of subjects. And you’ll know how to set personal goals, achieve them, and encourage others to do the same.
