RWE IT UK exclusively provides all software and services for RWE npower and RWE Supply & Trading. They make sure that both organisations have the IT capabilities they need to support our business strategies and objectives. RWE IT UK also includes a Procurement capability for RWE npower (Corporate) and RWE Supply & Trading.
We know that graduates on our scheme can add significant benefit to the business, not just by providing extra resource, but by being quick to learn, enthusiastic, willing to volunteer and by producing some truly high quality results. To support you, we’ll ensure you work in an environment where managers at all levels are on hand to advise, help out on technical development or act as a mentor.
There is plenty to be excited about. We’re currently preparing to implement SAP within the Retail division. This is a cross-function all-group project across RWE, IT and npower. If you join the Information Systems scheme you could be playing an integral role. You may also be placed with Trading, Account Management or Project Management.
Your career is down to you. From the moment you start the scheme we’ll give you a say in how you want your experience and career to develop. You’re fully supported and we’ll make sure you’re comfortable and accommodated as much as possible. Wherever you go, you’ll be building relationships across the teams as well as keeping in contact with the IT Graduate Manager to agree all objectives along the way.

You’ll gain valuable work experience, follow a planned development scheme and get involved in activities that might surprise you. One of our recent graduates accompanied senior managers to India on a visit to our contract partners. We want you to develop the skills that suit our business, your career and our future together.
