We like to look after our graduates, which is why we’ve developed a two year scheme to introduce you to all areas of our business. Graduates on the scheme complete four six month placements over two years, including the opportunity for one in Germany, where you’ll work in different business areas to get a good overview of the company and help you choose a career path.
As well as providing a great opportunity to work in different environments, you’ll be given training on general business skills, will have the opportunity to learn German, and can participate in knowledge sharing workshops run by other graduates. You’ll also benefit from opportunities in Infrastructure Development, Service Management, Trading & Supply, and will receive industry recognised qualifications when you successfully complete the scheme.
