What we look for
To apply, you’ll need to have a degree in any subject at 2:1 or above, and be a good team player, with great communication skills and a real passion for IT.
This includes the ability to understand and fulfil team goals, as well as listening to team members and ackowledging and valuing their contributions.
You’ll also need to have a diverse skills repertoire, gained from studying a broad range of subjects. And you’ll know how to set personal goals, achieve them, and encourage others to do the same.
